Accommodations

To receive the group rates, attendees should confirm their reservations by contacting the hotel’s reservations department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting "reservations" or by visiting the hotel's website. Please enter the property, event start date, and group ID number (#3830038) in the designated box to access the group rates. Reservations must be made at least 45 days before the event start date (the "Reservation Deadline"). Attendees should identify themselves as part of the group by providing the event name, their check-in date ("Arrival Date"), and check-out date ("Departure Date").

 

A guarantee is required by a major credit card, cash, or debit card accepted by the hotel.
