This conference is attended by Surgical, Medical and Radiation Oncologists, Respiratory Therapists, Radiologists, Radiation Therapists, Pathologists, Nurses, Therapists, and Other Health Professionals from across Ontario. The presentations are clinically orientated and chosen for their broad appeal and relevance to everyday clinical practice. The speakers include provincial and invited experts. This is an excellent chance to showcase your work and network with specialists across the province.
The organizing committee welcomes abstracts on any aspect of Thoracic Oncology. All are welcome to submit their work. Abstracts will be assessed for scientific validity and clinical relevance. MDs and other health professionals are welcome to submit their abstracts; however, only submissions from trainees from all disciplines will be judged.
Submissions will undergo blinded peer-review, and all selected abstracts will be displayed as posters. The top 8 authors will be able to give a brief oral presentation to the audience and will have their registration fee paid. The top 2 presenters will have hotel costs paid.
The abstract limit is 250 words, not including title, authors and affiliations, and submissions should be formatted using the following four headings:

Please indicate if you are a Resident/Trainee.
Do not include your Institution’s name in the title. Please do not use tables, figures or references in the abstract.
